Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange or discuss an appointment.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Health information
This website is not used to collect health or clinical information, and we ask that you do not include detailed health information in the contact form. Clinical records are managed at the clinic in accordance with the standards of the regulatory college for massage therapists in British Columbia and applicable privacy law.
How we use and share information
We do not sell personal information. Contact form submissions are delivered to our clinic email inbox and are not stored in this website’s database. We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website (listed below), or where required by law.
Third-party services
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google. When it loads, Google may set cookies or collect device information under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — this site’s typefaces are served from Google’s servers, which means your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google to load them.
- Analytics — we may use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally.
- Hosting — our web host stores the website and its server logs on our behalf.
